US Dollar Index bias flipped 28 times to neutral on September 30, 2026

The U.S. dollar rose to a two-month high near 101.50 and is having its best month since June, amid surging bond yields and shifting expectations for an October Federal Reserve rate move, while the euro approached yearly lows near 1.1324. The dollar has since retreated as bets for an October hike fell on soft data and dovish comments, with focus now on upcoming U.S. ADP and PCE data in connection with the 101.80 level.
